Hi, I am Sam (he/him/his) and I'm a PhD Candidate in Mathematics at UC Santa Barbara. This is my personal website where you can find information about my research and teaching. I studied at UC Davis and received a Bachelors in Mathematics with a minor in Philosophy. After a stint in the private sector, I completed my Masters in Mathematics at San Francisco State University where I truly ignited my love of math and communicating math. I believe in the transformational effect of education and I am committed to creating space for collaborative and supportive work for mathematicians from every background.
